To qualify as an I.C. Parishioner a family must be registered members of the parish, contribute to the financial support of the parish and attend Mass regularly (every week) at the Parish.
Per pupil cost is the actual cost of educating a child at Immaculate Conception.
Negotiated tuition for Parishioner and Catholic Non-Parishioner only
If a family believes that full tuition cannot be paid, they negotiate
their tuition. They will need to fill out a financial assistance
application and may be required to meet with the principal and/or
pastor.
International and non-Catholic students' tuition is non-negotiable.
Tuition Payments
Tuition is paid in 10
monthly payments August through May. Tuition is due first of each month.
If tuition is not received by the 15th of each month a late fee of
$30.00 will be charged. If tuition and late fees are not paid by the end
of the month your child/children may not return to school the next
month. An exception will be made for the month of August. Tuition must
be received by the first day of school or late fee will be charged.
Parent-Involvement Hours
One of the Student Learning Expectations of
Immaculate Conception School is that a graduate of Immaculate Conception
school is a responsible citizen who contributes to school and community
positively. To provide an example of involvement for the students, each
family is required to do a minimum of 20 parent involvement hours with
the school. If parents choose not to become involved with the school,
they will be required to pay $7.50 for each hour not served.
Fund-Raising
Fund Raising is a necessary part of our school operation
because revenue from tuition does not cover all of our budgeted
expenses. All families are expected to participate in the fund-raising
projects of our school such as BBQ and candy sale.
Late Tuition/Parent Involvement Hours
If tuition and parent hours are
not current at the end of the school year, the report card will be
retained until full payment is made. A student will not be accepted for
the following school year until all of the above are paid in full.
