Current Families of Immaculate Conception School
Current families
re-register in the spring paying the $125.00 registration fee per
student. New students of current families register at this time also.
New Families
New students are registered throughout the year. The admission policy
determines the order of acceptance. To be registered the parents must
first provide the child's:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization record that is in compliance with Arizona requirements.
- Baptismal/First Communion Certificates (if applicable)
- Latest report card (if applicable)
- $125.00 Registration Fee
- Tuition for the first month
All students seeking admission to a school in the Diocese of Tucson shall have a complete and current physical examination (after May 1st of the entry year) on file before admission is finalized.
Kindergarten Students
Kindergarten students must be five before September 1, of the
entrance year. A readiness evaluation will be given to all future Kindergarteners.
Withdrawal from School Procedures
- Families should notify the principal prior to moving/transferring.
- All textbook and library books must be returned.
- Tuition and other payment must be current.
- Immaculate Conception School will send records to the next school when they are requested through an authorized form.
- Academic records will not be sent if tuition and other payments are not current.
